Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant operations, including food safety, production, and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service are maintained.
Learn and implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Serve customers and support front-of-house operations
- Assist with team coordination and training new staff
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns or feedback.
- Learn opening and closing procedures
- Support inventory checking and daily organization
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a strong plus
- Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support bartending operations as needed, learning about beverage preparation and service.
- Contribute to inventory management and ordering processes to maintain adequate stock levels.
Skills
Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Familiarity with fine dining or quick service fast food restaurant environments is a plus.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A willingness to learn and adapt in various roles within the restaurant setting.
