The Kixby Hotel (4 Star, Boutique Hotel) is hiring for a Reservations Agent!
Overview:
The Reservations Agent will be responsible for prompt and efficient handling of guest reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel (Front Desk/Reservations).
- Excellent customer service
- Skilled voice and written communication skills required for phone calls and email responses.
- Handle room reservations via phone or email, changes and cancellations and any guest conflict, concerns, or billing issues
- Check daily, weekly, and monthly arrival lists.
- Must be organized, detailed, and have excellent follow up skills.
- Must have computer skills; hotel property management system experience is preferred.
- Must maintain a positive attitude and tone of voice while communicating with all callers.
- Must be able to communicate with other Departments to ensure streamlined service to guests.
- Must be flexible with schedules and able to work holidays and weekends.
- TravelClick and Stayntouch PMS experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with FIT bookings is a strong plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
