We are seeking a talented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that engage customers throughout their journey with Kixie. Your focus will be on driving customer retention, loyalty, and growth by delivering personalized experiences at every touchpoint.
\n- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that target customers at various stages of the customer journey (onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation).
- Utilize data analytics to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages to deliver personalized messaging.
- Create compelling email and SMS communications that resonate with different customer segments and drive desired actions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on KPIs such as retention rates, churn, and customer lifetime value.
- Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Conduct tests to improve campaign effectiveness, including subject lines, content, call-to-action buttons, and send times.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proficiency with using HubSpot as a marketing automation and CRM systems. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
