What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into seamless user interfaces
- Drive front-end architecture decisions and champion best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
- Continuously improve performance, usability, and accessibility across our platform
- 5 years of experience in front-end development, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket protocols, and real-time data
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
- Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices
- A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and solving complex problems
