You’ll be part of a high-performing consulting team, working with clients to design, build, and deliver data-driven solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and the broader Microsoft Data Platform.

Responsibilities:
- Consult directly with clients to understand their business objectives and data challenges.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
- Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, datasets, and dataflows.
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Real-Time Analytics components).
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specs, user guides, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, engineers, and project managers.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current on Microsoft’s data platform roadmap and emerging tools, including Copilot for Power BI and Fabric.
- Ability to travel, overnight up to 25%
- Ability to travel independently to client sites; if by car, a valid driver's license or reliable method of transportation is required
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- High School Diploma required; Technical degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
- Proven experience with Power BI (DAX, M, modeling, dataflows, Row-Level Security, performance tuning).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including working with Lakehouses, Pipelines, and Notebooks.
- Strong consulting experience: requirement elicitation, client presentations, solutioning, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and workshops.
- Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Experience using Copilot for Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- Familiarity with Data Governance and Microsoft Purview.
- Certifications such as PL-300, DP-500, or Fabric Analytics Engineer (Beta).
