Key Responsibilities
Technical Acumen. You need to have strong technical abilities, and be a bit of a polyglot since each integration platform has different code requirements. You should be able to independently troubleshoot issues, create plans/estimates to fix them, and execute on the implementation.
Collaboration. You should have excellent collaboration skills as the whole team works together to deliver functionality. You should be eager to mentor newer members of the team as we grow. You should hold your team accountable to commitments and celebrate meeting goals.
Communication. You must offer support and transparency to your team, so you need to be able to provide clear status and expectations. You must effectively communicate progress and dependencies to a variety of stakeholders, and consistently update when things go off track.

Key Responsibilities
- Design solution architecture that meets today's needs and can scale with growth
- Effectively manage time and resources towards the tasks that will generate the highest customer and business impact
- Maintain and enhance Kizen's connectors on iPaaS solutions like Workato and Zapier
- Build and manage personnel (this role will start with 1-2 full-time employees reporting to them with the need to grow over time)
- Nurture good client relationships to create internal Kizen champions
- Provide technical feasibility, architecture, and scoping assistance during enterprise sales cycles
- Develop technical integration resources for self-service customers
- Develop best practices for data structure and integrations, including implementation partner certification programs
- Build and approve 3rd party developed integrations on the Kizen app marketplace
- Foster an engineering culture of accountability and teamwork
- Partner with the product team to enhance the product in ways that maximize the effectiveness of the implementation team
- Create personal growth goals and discussing career advancement paths with your team and manager

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater required in Computer Science (preferred), Information Technology, or related field (Physics, mathematics, engineering, business)
- An eye toward documentation, verbal communication skills, and organization
- Experience in an enterprise technology environment and familiarity with their needs and processes
- Strong analysis skills to help review and construct features within a complex technology environment with several integration points
- 6 years of professional development experience using at least 3 different languages
- 4 years of integration development experience
- 2 years of direct experience with databases using SQL
- 2 years of leadership experience, both leading teams and interfacing with other departments and customers
- Personality: driven, self-motivated, adaptable, empathetic, energetic, and detail-oriented
- Additional years of development experience
- Experience optimizing deployments on AWS
- Experience using iPaaS tools and building connectors
- Exposure to Relational Database schema and tools for management
- You have a pattern of being a respected opinion in each room you're in
- You've made or contributed to open-source projects and have your fair share of side projects
- Passion for data warehousing, business intelligence, and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with industry standard SSO protocols like SAML2, OAuth2, etc
