Senior Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Implementation Specialist with a strong technical background to join our team. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the deployment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this position.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a dynamic individual who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you'll be working directly with our implementation team to ensure successful adoption of this fast growing platform.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:

• Customizing Kizen platform using low-code interface to client requirements for operations, sales, and marketing use-cases
• Accurate reporting and time tracking of progress on tasks while quickly identifying and escalating blockers
• Utilizing APIs or Data Infrastructure tools like Zapier/Workato to move data between platforms
• Data clean-up and precise data routing from other platforms - ensuring each field is accurately synced between platforms
• Assist clients in using data to improve processes post-implementation
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 4 years working with internal or external customers to implement SaaS solutions
• Works with the Implementation PM to collaborate with clients to tailor the solution by understanding their business requirements and defining technical specifications.
• Hands-on data clean-up or data transformation (excel, python, ETL/API)
• Hands-on system configuration of customizable software systems - involving low-code interfaces
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, translating requirements into solutions
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use the Kizen solution effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and understand APIs, data migration processes, and system integration
• Personality: Is adaptable, a voracious learner, loves positivity and customer success, uses data to challenge the status quo and improve, and easily learns new technology

Ideal Requirements

• 7 years of experience in a SaaS implementation role
• Experience in insurance or healthcare industries
• Excel or Python Pro, SQL
• Previous experience with data ETL (extract, transform, and load)
• Ability to (or interest in) light-coding or working with APIs
• Experience with Automation tools such as Workato.
• Previous experience with BPM or CRM implementations
• Create and maintain internal documentation for best practices and troubleshooting guides.
• Experience in project management or consulting is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer generous equity and benefits packages.
