We are looking for a fun and energetic person to assist the owner in the day to day operations of the center.
Responsibilities include: staff management (hiring, day to day issues/concerns, day to day encouragement, scheduling, etc) , child care enrollment, maintaining State of Missouri Licensing requirements at all times, and family/child communication. Director should be present for licensing inspections and assist with annual licensing renewal. A full description of responsibilities and expectations will be discussed in person during the interview process.
This position is salary and under a one year contract that renews annually based on performance. Starting salary is around $38,000. Final salary based on experience and prior education.
Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or similar
Hours (may very slightly): 8:30am-5:30pm (1-3 after hour events per year during the week)
Holidays: Paid
Emergency/Weather Related Closures: Paid
Interview Process:
Round 1: Phone Interview 5-10 min
Round 2: In person Interview 30-60 min
Round 3: Job Shadowing 1 day for 4 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
