Responsibilities
- Implement our ready made evidence based curriculum.
- Ensure all state licensing standards and parent request for diaper changes, bottles, and meals.
- Assist in maintaining a very clean and tidy environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding needs of each child.
- Provide early intervention strategies for students who require additional support.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in classroom management and child welfare practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A solid understanding of childhood development theories and practices.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their growth.
