Job Overview:
The Creative Strategy Manager will lead the development and execution of full-funnel creative strategies, overseeing the end-to-end creative process from ideation to performance evaluation. This role bridges strategy and execution, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that creative outputs align with omni-channel business objectives, adhere to channel goals/best practices, and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Creative Strategy Development
  • Define creative strategies that align with marketing objectives and support the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to adapt campaign ideas across channels, ensuring alignment with funnel stages and leveraging channel best practices for maximum effectiveness.
  • Research categories, competitors, target audiences, and cultural trends to support creative strategy and inform execution.

· Creative Briefing
  • Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs for internal and external partners that outline objectives, target audiences, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, comms and acquisition to understand business and strategic objectives and develop an elevated creative POV that aligns with brand messaging and tone.

· Creative Oversight & Execution
  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce or source high-quality content across all media channels, including TV, Online Video, Paid Social and Display, coordinating across brand, influencer and user generated content.
  • Review all creative assets and provide feedback and/or strategic recommendations to make the creative work harder, while ensuring consistency with brand standards, compliance and channel best practices.

· Trafficking & Project Management
  • Manage trafficking processes in partnership with internal and external media teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and in the correct specifications for each platform or channel.
  • Coordinate with media and channel teams to track creative performance and implement optimization recommendations.

· Performance Insights & Reporting
  • Analyze creative performance data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Regularly share best practices, competitor examples and creative performance to drive learnings across the team
  • Work closely with acquisition team to recommend, prioritize and execute creative testing opportunities, sharing results with key stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • ·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising, with a strong portfolio of full-funnel creative work.
  • Experience crafting and delivering clear briefs, feedback, and results to creative partners
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including social, display, and video.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with creative trafficking tools and workflow management systems (Monday.com, Motion, Milanote, Figma) a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify data-informed insights
