We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at KJ's Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing products for sale, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide polite, friendly service to all guests.
- Prepare product for sale (cutting, weighing, trimming) according to company standards.
- Pricing, stocking, and rotating frozen and prepared meats and fresh meat case.
- Providing special guest service requests (ie. special cuts, slicing, etc.).
- Maintaining sanitation standards in the cooler, sales and prep areas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment.
- Previous meat cutting experience.
- Meat cutting skill test qualifications.
