Job Details
This position requires providing exceptional customer service to all guests. You will be responsible for preparing products for sale by cutting, weighing, trimming, and pricing according to Floco Foods standards.
You will also be responsible for stocking and rotating frozen and prepared meats and fresh meat cases, maintaining sanitation standards, and communicating temperature failures to your supervisor.
Requirements
- You should have a strong ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs occasionally and 40 lbs constantly is required.
- You must demonstrate ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
- Effective communication and guest service skills are essential.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time is necessary.
- Prior meat cutting experience and skill test qualifications are preferred.
