About the Company - Kjar, McKenna and Stockalper is looking for 3-L's who want to learn how to work up and try a case to verdict. Our clients include major healthcare providers, entertainment venues, and government agencies.
About the Role - These clerkships start in January of your spring semester. If the position is a good fit, job offers will be extended prior to your graduation and bar study. After completing the bar exam, return to the office when you're ready. Once the bar exam results are announced, we host an annual luncheon for our bar passers and arrange a private swearing-in ceremony for you and your loved ones.
Responsibilities :
- Work directly with our senior associates and partners in all aspects of a busy litigation practice.
- Practice for court appearances in our mock courtroom.
- Learn how to work up and try a case to verdict.
Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a law school in Southern California at the 3-L level.
