Duties
- Oversee day- to-day operations of landscaping projects and crews.
- Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Execute tree care tasks such as pruning, planting, and removal as needed.
- Conduct groundskeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
- Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areas by planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Supervise junior staff members during landscape projects to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes to identify issues early on and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure high quality standards are met in all landscaping work.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as project documentation and reporting.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, plant species, and horticultural practices is advantageous.
- Experience in supervising teams or leading projects is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
