Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of landscaping professionals in various tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Train team members on proper techniques for irrigation, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Assist with hands-on tasks as needed, including planting, pruning, and landscape design implementation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
