What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to reporting
Review audit work performed by staff to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare detailed reports and provide key financial insights to clients
Research and analyze technical accounting issues to offer strategic guidance
Build strong client relationships and identify business improvement opportunities
Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development
Manage project budgets, deadlines, and engagement deliverables
Achieve monthly and annual charge hour goals
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
2 years of audit experience in public accounting
Solid understanding of US GAAP & GAAS
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
Proficiency in audit software, including CCH ProSystem fx, CCH Axcess, ProStaff, and Teammate Analytics
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to commit to 55 hours per week during peak seasons
Nice to Have
Experience with ERISA audits and audits under the Uniform Guidance
Familiarity with internal controls and risk assessments
Ability to provide business advisory insights
