Required Qualifications :
- Able to work in the US now and in the future WITHOUT sponsorship
- Master's degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering
- Registered EIT or in pursuit of EIT license
- Demand quality and continued improvement
- A passion for design and problem solving
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in Revit and produce contract documents
- Dedication to client-centered service and technical excellence
Bonus Qualifications :
To Be Successful :
Salary : $65,000 to $72,000
Occasional bonuses paid based on company profitability, but are not guaranteed.
Benefits : Medical : 80% of Family policy is paid by KL&A, Dental and Vision is 100% paid by KL&A, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K matching, and vacation and sick leave.
