As a Project Engineer specializing in high-end single-family homes, you will collaborate closely with our team of engineers, construction managers, and steel detailers to deliver exceptional designs. Additionally, you will work hand-in-hand with top-tier architects to integrate structural elements seamlessly into their visionary designs. We are dedicated to nurturing the management and leadership abilities of our project engineers through training, mentorship, and other avenues for growth.

Structural Project Engineer Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including engineers, construction managers, steel detailers, and top-tier architects, to develop innovative structural solutions.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills and a mastery of structural design to overcome challenges and achieve unique architectural visions.
• Work closely with highly skilled builders and craftsmen, demonstrating a passion for excellence in every aspect of the design and construction process.
• Represent the organization through client interactions and any industry events attended.
• Provide technical training and career mentorship to support the professional development of junior staff members.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Structural Project Engineer Qualifications

• ABET accredited degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering.
• Colorado Licensed PE, SE, or ability to pursue licensure within 6 months of hire.
• 4-8 years of design experience across various building types.
• Proficiency in structural design with a variety of materials, including wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship, both presently and in the future.
  
  

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit Structures.
• Experience with RAM and/or RISA analysis models.

Salary$90,000 - $102,000 Annually
