Required Qualifications:
- 2 years min Revit experience in building design or CAD Certificates in Architectural/Engineering building design that includes in-depth use of Revit.
- Proficient using Revit 2018 to create building models and construction documents (floor plans, elevations, sections, details, general notes)
- Able to work from conceptual
- Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings, construction processes, and familiar with various building types, such as commercial, multi-family residential, and custom homes
- Able to work in the US now and in the future WITHOUT sponsorship
Bonus Qualifications
- Associates degree in Engineering Technology/CAD or equivalent industry experience
- BIM360 Design experience
- Bluebeam experience
- Able to read construction documents
- Experience in the building industry, specifically structural engineering
- Dynamo experience
Duties:
- Project startup, modeling, and assist engineers and designers to complete structural engineering construction documents
- Pick up markups and corrections
- Assist with development and maintaining of BIM standards
- Assist training new staff Revit and drawing standards
- Assist with maintaining Revit libraries as well as expand the current family library
- Improve BIM coordination and processes
Hourly Wage: $27 - $34
