What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relationship Coordinator Intern position at Klüber Lubrication?
The Sales Intern will support our Kluber Lubrication Sales team by connecting with our existing customers that currently purchase small volumes of products and are not the focus of regular Sales Team visits. This connection will occur through phone calls and emailing. The goal is to connect with as many of these current small customers as possible to learn more about who the key decision makers are at each location, where they use Kluber products, how they decided to use Kluber, and to identify a subset of this larger small customer base that could grow into larger customers with additional engagement. Throughout this internship you will also meet with different departments and leaders within Kluber Lubrication to understand the full business model.
The Kluber Lubrication internship starts on May 19th and ends on August 15th. This role will work on-site in Londonderry, NH. All interns are eligible to receive three days of paid time off and four paid holidays.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of college coursework completed with a major focusing in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, mainly verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

This is a temporary, summer internship with no benefits.
