Requirements to be a lead teacher:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Early childhood education classroom experience
- Experience working with infants, if applying for Baby Nido position
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive team player
- Strong technology skills, including experience with email, photo editing, Macs, Microsoft Office (Word and Powerpoint), experience with Photoshop and/or iMovie is a plus
- Familiarity with Reggio Emilia philosophy is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Background check required
