Electro Mechanical Sub-assembler

• Assemble and integrate electro-mechanical subassemblies including wiring harnesses, control units, pneumatic and fluid fittings, sensors, actuators, and other components used in semiconductor tools.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and written work instructions.
• Perform precise mechanical assembly using hand tools, torque wrenches, and specialized equipment.
• Route and terminate cables and wires, including crimping, stripping, soldering, and connector installation.
• Conduct basic electrical tests (e.g., continuity, insulation resistance) to verify functional integrity of assemblies.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and ESD-safe practices during all phases of the assembly process.
• Maintain accurate records of build progress, material usage, and quality documentation using ERP or MES systems.
• Report and help resolve issues such as material shortages, documentation errors, and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to support continuous improvement and troubleshooting efforts.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, ideally within a semiconductor, aerospace, or precision manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with ESD-sensitive components, cleanroom protocols, and PPE compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to handle small precision parts.
• Comfortable working with computers and ERP systems to track work progress
