- Assist clients with Medicare Advantage plans and provide expert guidance.
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

- Handle sensitive customer information with care and professionalism.
- Work with warm leads—NO cold calling.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of health insurance experience (Medicare Advantage preferred)
- Active Health Insurance License (Illinois or valid non-resident license)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be over 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 25 WPM
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
