- Maintain accurate records and files related to resident care and shelter operations.

- Facilitate conflict management among residents to promote a harmonious living environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in addiction counseling and childcare.
Requirements
- Experience in childcare or working with vulnerable populations is preferred.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Ability to handle crisis situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Strong conflict management skills to address disputes among residents effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse populations.
- A background or training in addiction counseling is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
