OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The person in this position oversees clinic functionality and maintains company standards. The Practice Manager oversees the scheduling of their respective clinic for administrative and medical staff and collaborates with the Director of Clinic Operations (DCO) on recruiting efforts, operational changes, and achieving expected capacity goals. The person in this role will oversee the staff within their office, and the overall satisfaction of patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Deescalation skills preferred
DUTIES:
Staff Management
- Supervise administrative and medical staff in the clinic
- Schedule staff in line with Klarisana's model, obtain coverage for callouts, and monitor clinic closures when applicable
- Complete performance evaluations for clinic staff in collaboration with HR
- Onboard and train new hires according to Klarisana standards
- Support administrative staff when needed
- Handle staff related complaints and performance concerns alongside HR when necessary
Patient Care
- Ensure overall patient care and satisfaction
- Resolve patient complaints and escalate when necessary
- Ensure phone calls are answered promptly, messages are taken, and calls are returned as needed
Clinic Operations
- Oversee clinic performance, management, and process improvement
- Monitor and manage inventory, complete supply orders
- Coordinate with DCO and Administrative Assistants on overdue payments and oversee payment collection
- Maintain the clinic budget and deposit schedule
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews
- Ensure timely completion of clinic tasks
- Oversee and correct clinic schedule errors
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of Policy & Procedure
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as outlined in the Practice Manager Manual
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office Based and Clinical Setting.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Commuting to and from all clinic locations.

Pay: $58,656.00 - $62,000.00 per year
