The Director / Vice President of Product will lead the Product organization, managing a team of Product Managers. This individual will be responsible for executing the overall product strategy, aligning with the company’s vision and goals, and driving growth through innovative and user-centric data analytics solutions tailored for the community banking sector. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director / VP of Product will report to the Chief Product Officer and play a pivotal role in the company’s success.

KlariVis is headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia.

Requirements

Team Management and Development

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of three product professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Ensure the team effectively communicates and collaborates with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Drive alignment and accountability within the Product organization, promoting a high-performance culture.

Product Execution and Delivery

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of features and solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.

Regularly assess and refine product development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer Focus and Market Insight

Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and opportunities of community banks to guide product decisions.

Conduct regular customer and stakeholder engagement to validate priorities and ensure product relevance.

Analyze market and competitor dynamics to refine positioning and maintain competitive advantage.

Metrics and Reporting

Define and track key product metrics to measure success, drive decisions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Provide clear updates to the executive team and board on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Experience and Knowledge

10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

Proven track record of scaling data and analytics products, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Strong understanding of community banking or financial services (preferred but not required).

Skills

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to varied audiences.
