Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management for major cross-functional strategic initiatives (i.e., PMO).
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize internal processes, improving speed and quality of deliverables.

- Utilize project management software tools to streamline operations.

- 5-10 years of experience leading project/program management, operations, or strategy teams.
- Proven track record in change management and operational strategy.

- Proficiency with project management software tools.
- Exceptional executive presentation skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field.
