What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baristas position at Klatch Coffee?
Klatch Coffee is expanding and currently seeking full-time energetic and enthusiastic baristas for our Inland Empire locations. This position requires the flexibility to take on a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
$20 / hour includes tips
Barista experience or coffee knowledge is a plus Duties
- Maintain the highest quality of product and service according to Klatch standards
- Follow Klatch policies and procedures including safety, health, security, maintenance, and cash handling.
- Provide and promote constant coffee education
- Ensure customer feedback and concerns are addressed within a timely manner.
- Serving customers according to speed of service standards.
- Be a team player. Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members
- Utilize training tools and resources to excel and move forward
