The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on Customer service and Sales Growth. We are looking to fulfill different leadership roles in this Cafe including Supervisors & Assistant Manager
Pay Rates:
Keyholder $17.25 Credit card tips $4-$6
Supervisor $18.50 Credit card tips $4-$6
Assistant Manger $21.00 Credit card tips $4-$6
Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations , ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate catering and special events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Monitor food service quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Address guest feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership roles within service industry
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service management principles.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Experience in food service operations
- Proficient interviewing skills for effective recruitment processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
