Summary
As an Administrative Assistant at Klatzkin, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. This role is vital in enhancing our efficiency and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Copying, faxing, and scanning (tax document scanning during tax season).
- Assisting with various client mailings throughout the year.
- Printing/assembling tax packages for our clients.
- Processing and assembling extensions and estimates.
- Printing/assembling financial statement packages for our clients.
- Assisting accounting staff with various matters.
- Answering telephones using a multi-line telephone system.
- Greeting clients and visitors.
- Performing other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills including filing, typing, and document preparation.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships.
- Familiarity with office software and computer systems is preferred.
