Director, SMB Sales @ Klaviyo!
Job Summary :
Responsible for leading a team of regional segment sales front-line managers and corresponding team of Account Executives. This includes hiring, training, forecast management, performance analysis, and day-to-day coaching / talent development.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of regional NewCo Sales Managers and AEs
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations : $168,000 — $252,000 USD
