What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator - Emerging Talent position at Klaviyo?
Klaviyo is looking for an organized and customer-centric individual to join the Emerging Talent team as a Recruiting Coordinator. This individual will play a key part in supporting our evolving Emerging Talent program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire candidate coordination lifecycle for our Emerging Talent roles and supporting the team with logistics for on-campus and in-office events and programming for our interns and co-ops.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in helping us scale our early career hiring at Klaviyo, and will gain direct exposure to all things emerging talent recruiting, with the ability to lean in and learn from a best-in-class Emerging Talent team.
What You'll Do:
- Own scheduling and coordinating virtual interviews for all Emerging Talent roles
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high quality coordination of all aspects of the interviewing cycle at Klaviyo, and exceptional communication with candidates
- Schedule on-campus and in-office recruitment events for our target schools (both local and nationwide)
- Attend Emerging Talent recruitment events to help us build Klaviyo’s brand on campus and with campus partners
- Assist with planning and logistics for Summer Internship programming events (i.e. social events, final presentations, Intern Base Camp)
- Manage multiple high-priority tasks and action items and ensure on-time delivery
What You'll Need:
- 2 years of related support experience in a fast-paced environment either as an EA or Recruiting Coordinator
- A high degree of professionalism with a customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed, with a 'no task too big or too small' mentality
- Excellent communication skills, strong writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively - you are able to build rapport and instill trust in your judgment through your ability to complete any project or assignment with all stakeholders

Salary : $68,000 - $102,000
