Job Description:
The Hillman Group is looking for a Solution Architect – Oracle EPM to lead the implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions within a JDE to Oracle Fusion migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Architect and implement Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
· Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define business requirements and design scalable solutions.
· Lead JDE to Oracle Fusion migration, ensuring accurate data transformation and reporting alignment.
· Optimize financial processes, forecasting models, and budgeting workflows.
· Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial systems.
· Stay updated on Oracle EPM advancements and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle EPM (Planning, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, etc.).
· Experience with JDE to Oracle Fusion migration.
· Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
· Experience integrating EPM with Oracle Cloud ERP and data analytics platforms.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
