Project Administrator
KLB Construction, Inc. is a family-owned heavy highway contractor headquartered in Mukilteo, WA.
We are seeking a full-time Project Administrator (PA). A PA supports our Project Teams (Project
Manager Project Engineer) with their daily job operations including, but not limited to the following
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review field employee time card entries
- Quantity and material tracking
- Invoice review and approval
- Time & Material (T&M) entry and tracking
- Paperwork filing and organization- mainly digital
- New hire paper facilitation
SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Strong in MS WORD and EXCEL
- Excellent organizational skills, especially if balancing multiple jobs at once
- Great communication skills
- Performs varied clerical duties with attention to detail and accuracy
POSITION DETAILS
- The PA position is based out of our main office located in Mukilteo, WA.
- Typical working hours are from 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- The hourly rate is $20 / hour depending on experience- plus a comprehensive benefits
package for full time employees.
