Position: Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: On-Site | Monmouth County, NJ
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Compensation: $22.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Role Overview
Lion-Heart Logistics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to join our team. This part-time, on-site role is crucial to supporting our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to company leadership
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
- Coordinate internal communications and scheduling
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office coordinator
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
