Duties
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
- Load and unload products from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Build pallets for shipment, ensuring that items are securely packaged for transport.
- Participate in picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer demands.
- Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior heavy equipment forklift experience is a must
- Familiarity with inventory control systems is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating various warehouse equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
