Duration: Through 6/30/2025. May be renewed annually.
All work is preferred to be performed onsite at the Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology located at 101 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
This RFQ is for the acquisition of one (1) HR/IT Staffing Manager (Contractor Representative) (Job No. 5600), to support the OIT s Office of the Director, Administrative Services, as described in the SOW.
HR/IT Staffing Manager Task List: The Contractor, through the HR/IT Staffing Manager it provides, shall perform the following tasks as necessary to complete work for the OIT as assigned by the Department s Contract Manager:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and programs to recruit and select IT staff.
- Manage a variety of recruiting efforts, which may include college and Internet recruitment, and use of recruitment firm
- Ensure all hiring policies are followe
- Lead a succession planning process; forecast needs based on changes within the organization (g., retirement statistics, planned moves, reorganizations); create and maintain a recruiting plan accordingly.
- Manage the recruitment process, screening process, and the extension of offer
- Possess a strong understanding of the competitive marketplace.
- Proactively represents IT issues and needs to HR leadership and is active in the HR and IT community to build awareness of the organizatio
Content of Resumes
Resume / responses must include:
- The full, legal name of the proposed Consultant.
- The Contractor Representative s resume consisting of no more than three (3) pages and including the Contractor Representative s educational qualifications, and demonstrating fulfillment of the mandatory and preferred qualification requirements included in the Skills Matrix.
