Career Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with accounting experience to join our team as an Accounts Receivable & Shipping Associate.
About the Role
- Process credit card orders, manage and release new orders for customers while ensuring funds are secured prior to fulfillment.
- Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies reported by customers, work with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved.
- Prepare and analyze weekly freight data to verify all freight incomes and expenses are posted in the correct general ledger accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or general accounting required.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within NetSuite is a plus.
