Branch Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overall satisfaction of the customers in the territory they are responsible for. This includes selling other services and products to current customers as well as prospecting new customers and promoting our ‘Brand’ in our market.
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as an ambassador of KleenMark and its company values.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and assure their satisfaction.
- Maintain Quality Assurance Program by utilizing the 360 degree feedback program and conducting regularly scheduled customer quarterly reviews.
- Resolve issues that may occur with current accounts and follow up with resolution.
- Assist Human Resources with conducting Account Manager training.
- Assist Account Manager’s with building inspections.
- Responsible for the financial success of their accounts / territory.
- Create and maintain reports; such as the account activity summary, as well as analyze and monitor payroll and budget reports.
- Grow and develop customer base by selling services and products to current customers and new customers.
- Coach, develop and motivate Managers to achieve an optimal performance level by offering continual feedback and guiding them to reach their goals.
- Assist Managers with employee development and promotion from within the company.
- Maintain contracts with current customers in their territory.
- Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed.
- Responsible for the start up process in prospective territory.
- Must work nights with Account Managers to facilitate communication and continuous improvement through all layers of the organization.
- Work with other departments as needed (sales, human resources, IT / Finance and distribution).
- Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Reports to work on time and works overtime as required and if required to travel for business : maintains a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Follow KleenMark’s “Green” practices.
- Local travel is required 75-100% of the time for this position, annually.
Education and / or Experience
B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration or other business related area of discipline and 5 to 7 years related experience or additional years of education and experience may be substituted for each other, as determined by Human Resources. Ability to read, write and speak English is requirement of this position. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have excellent leadership, organization, presentation and communication skills. Must also possess effective analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
