What You'll Bring :
- 5 years in practice in business litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Represent clients in business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership disputes, and corporate governance issues.Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including motions, discovery documents, and pleadings.Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal.Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and legal options.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Why Choose KDG?
