Job Responsibilities
- The successful candidate is expected to apply the principles of project management with the demonstrated ability to manage drug development projects from research to proof of concept. The individual will work closely with the project leader, strategic collaborators and cross-functional teams to actively facilitate teams in defining project strategy, developing integrated project plans and implementing the plans to meet defined objectives.
- The individual will establish and maintain functionally integrated project timelines and will prepare and manage project team budgets in collaboration with Finance and the cross functional team leads. Partner with the team leader to ensure the team achieves and maintains a successful team dynamic with a high-level of sustainable performance.
- The individual is expected to identify and participate in establishing and improving project management tools and processes across the drug discovery and development portfolio to support various strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting and leading (as deemed appropriate) Health Authority, Ad Board and Steering Committee meetings.
