JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the correct departments
- Perform waiting room checks for service customers
- Park customer/rental vehicles - gas up vehicles
- Operate a multi-line phone system
- Make service appointments and service follow up calls
- Process and route dealership paperwork to proper personnel
- Perform various clerical duties and other duties as assigned
- Set up customers for onsite rental vehicles
- Scan completed service department paperwork
- Audit rental vehicles and paperwork
Schedule is Tuesday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturdays 8am - 5pm

Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS MOST OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Outgoing and friendly, with the ability to work under pressure
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task, and be a team player
