Klein Products is looking for a motivated individual to join our shipping / receiving team. Warehouse Clerk
Warehouse Clerk requirements :
- Receives and unloads all materials received by the company, matches items received from vendors with requisitions, reports all shortages, non-conformed items and damaged items to the shipping and receiving supervisor.
- Places merchandise on proper warehouse shelves or delivers directly to appropriate requisitioning department.
- Receives finished items from shops with proper work order, Inspects to see if each item conforms to company specifications and prints.
- Marks all items with proper part number or verifies number on item as a company part number.
- Distributes items to proper work orders, CPO’s, stock transfers or to the warehouse as necessary.
- Fulfills proper shipping and receiving documentation and delivers it to the shipping and receiving office clerk.
- Loads and unloads tanks, trucks and materials manufactured by Klein Products as directed by the load master.
- Has knowledge of computer process of receiving, shipping and stocking of materials for the company.
- Inspects and documents all incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse.
- Maintains all tools and equipment assigned to the shipping and receiving department as directed by the shipping and receiving supervisor.
- Conducts all assigned tasks in a safe and effective manner.
