Key Responsibilities:
To effectively support the Director of Stores in directing and supervising all functions and activities of the Department, ensuring seamless operations that align with our Purpose and Service Priorities.
Core Accountabilities:
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for Associates and Customers alike.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness throughout the Department.
- Customer Experience and Associate Engagement:
- Provide prompt, courteous service to Customers, fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Act as a role model for Associates, promoting a professional image and upholding Company standards.
- Presentation and Efficiency:
- Maintain Unit Price Labels (tags) for all items, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Department QA standards.
- Utilize current technology to optimize Department operations, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language proficiently.
- Basic math skills and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $65,000 per year
