Hours: Full time

Work days: Monday - Friday

Day-time Shifts

Job Site Locations: Brooklyn

Benefits: After 90 days (first of the month) of continuous work for 35 hours each week, you will qualify for health insurance, performance bonuses and benefits.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Landscaping/Groundskeeper - Mowing the grass , Weed wacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting and more as required
• cleaners performing litter pickup in outdoor common areas and sidewalks
• cleaners performing sweeping sidewalks
• cleaners removing and replacing trash bags in trash can
• cleaners sweeping and mopping interior floors
• cleaners cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of city-owned properties
• following company policies and quality standards
• be the backup driver / backup supervisor if the main supervisor is out sick
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH - Landscaping/Groundskeeper - Mowing the grass, weed wacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting
• Must have a working phone that is able to download three mobile apps used to complete the job
• Must be a New York City resident and ideally possess a Drivers License
• Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services or prevent you from being able to walk your assigned route
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, heat, cold)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be age 18 or over
• Must at least 2 years of driving experience in New York City, have a great driving record, and be able to pass driving test
• Must have some cleaning / debris clean up experience
