Career Responsibilities:
- Operate various agricultural equipment, including spreaders, sprayers, tender trucks, and loaders.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment for precise application of fertilizers products.
- Blend and mix fertilizer products according to customer orders and agronomic recommendations.
- Load and unload products safely, following all safety and environmental regulations.
- Apply fertilizers and crop protection products efficiently using field application equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse and storage facility.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing agronomic products.
- Work extended hours during peak planting and harvesting seasons.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
