  • Preventive Maintenance & Upgrades :

  • Hydraulic Systems & Powertrain Maintenance :

  • Repair and maintain powertrains, including transmissions, gearboxes, and drivetrains, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of machinery.
  • Collaboration & Communication :

    Work closely with farm managers, operators, and other staff to understand equipment needs and report on machinery status.

  • Communicate with vendors or parts suppliers to source necessary parts and ensure quick and efficient repairs.
  • Provide training to farm operators on basic equipment maintenance and proper usage to avoid damage.
  • Safety & Compliance :

  • Certifications :  ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or other mechanic certifications may be required or beneficial.
  • Licenses :  A valid  driver’s license  is typically required, and a  CDL  may be necessary if transporting equipment.
