Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machinery, including lathes and mills. This role involves fabricating parts according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every project. The CNC Operator will work closely with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes and maintain equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
- Utilize CAM programming to set up and operate CNC equipment efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers to inspect finished products for accuracy.
- Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery.
- Familiarity with CAD software for reading technical drawings.
- Experience with CAM programming is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for fabrication tasks.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus.
- Experience working in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
