POSITION / TITLE : HR GENERALIST
POSITION STATUS : FULL TIME-EXEMPT
JOB SUMMARY : Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, HR Policies and Procedures, Reporting and Analytics, and Training and Professional Development.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES :
- Recruitment / Staffing
Drafting / Reviewing / Clarifying job descriptions
Address and resolve employee concerns in collaboration with company policies and procedures
The ability to resolve payroll issues which may include overtime pay
Assist with Performance Management including discipline
Review of Job Descriptions for accuracy and best practices
Work closely with DHR and leadership to ensure KLEO is in compliance with federal, state and local laws
Annual review and updates of policy and procedures
Provide biweekly hiring status to leadership
Assist with development of training decks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience
Google Workspace / MS OFFICE
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with solid
organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Skills and Competencies :
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
