- Design, deploy, and configure VMware vSphere servers
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize VMware infrastructure performance
- Manage VMware vCenter Server, including resource allocation, and performance tuning
- Plan and execute VMware ESXi host upgrades, patches, and security enhancements
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate VMware infrastructure with storage, network, and other systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for VMware infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT teams as needed"
- 5 years of experience in managing VMware vSphere environment
- Proficiency in VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, and ESXi administration
- Strong understanding and experience with virtualization concepts, technologies, and best practices
- Experience with storage, networking, and server hardware technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Preferred: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification
- Active Secret security clearance
